To protect our customers and team members, our stores will be practicing social distancing and we will be limiting the number of people that can be in our stores at one time.

You will find a poster at the front of the store detailing how many people can be in the store at one time. One of our team members will be at the front of the store to assist customers.

We’re doing everything we can to keep customers and team members safe in-store with enhanced COVID‑19 protocols in place.

This includes restricting the number of people who can be in-store at any one time and providing hand sanitiser to customers before entering the store. All team members are wearing personal protective equipment. We have a cleaning roster and stores are following enhanced cleaning protocols including disinfecting test rooms and equipment after each patient, cleaning the retail area throughout the day, including frames and hearing aids, and we have hygiene screens in place both at our reception desk and our dispensing desks. We have decommissioned dispensing desks and waiting rooms seats to enable physical distancing.

Customers can continue to buy glasses and contact lenses online with contactless delivery direct to your door.

We are doing everything we can to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible but we are still experiencing some delays with orders due to the reduction in air freight routes from our supply chain locations as a result of COVID‑19.

If you need to replace your glasses because you’ve lost or broken yours, we’ve made it super easy for you. This service is available for Specsavers customers with a valid prescription, seeking a same pair replacement of lost or broken glasses.

If you’ve got glasses that need a repair or adjustment, we’re here for you. If you live in Melbourne, we just ask that you call your local store before heading in.

Our Lab and Warehouse in Melbourne are continuing to operate normally with COVIDSafe plans in place. However, we are still experiencing some delays with orders due to the ongoing reduction in air freight routes from our supply chain locations due to COVID‑19. Australia Post delays are also impacting some customer orders. Glasses orders are currently taking between 3-4 weeks to arrive in-store.

We are doing our best to get all orders out to our customers as quickly as possible. If you want to find out the status of your order, please contact your local store.
