Terms and Conditions: The “WIN two pairs” competition is organised by Specsavers Pty Ltd (ACN 097 147 932) (and includes any related company as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) (“Specsavers”). To enter the competition, entrants must comment under the competition post on the Specsavers Australia Facebook page about a time they forgot their glasses to win a voucher from Specsavers for two new pairs. Entries must be submitted on the Specsavers Australia Facebook page by 11.59pm on Thursday 14th January 2016. Only one entry per person will be permitted. If more than one entry is received per person then any subsequent entries will be disregarded. The most creative entry as judged by Specsavers will be deemed the Winner and will win a voucher for two pairs of glasses from Specsavers (“Prize”). The prize cannot be substituted or made up in cash. The voucher for two pairs of glasses is subject to the terms and conditions featured on the voucher. The Winner will be contacted by Specsavers Australia underneath the winning entry on Facebook in the week commencing 18 January 2016, the same week the competition ends, and the winning entry may be posted on the wall of the Specsavers Australia page. The Winner is responsible for sending a private message on Facebook to Specsavers with contact details necessary for Specsavers to deliver the prize. If the Winner cannot supply their contact phone number and address within two weeks of notification on the Specsavers Australia Facebook page, the Prize will become null and void and will be awarded to a substitute winner. Competition entrants must be residents of Australia and be over the age of 18, or have a parent’s (or guardian’s) permission to enter once that parent or guardian has read and accepted the terms and conditions of the Competition. If the Winner is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will be required to sign a form verifying their acceptance of these terms and conditions before the Prize is awarded. Entrants will be judged on the creativity and originality of their entry posted to the Specsavers Australia Facebook page. Specsavers’ decisions in this regard are made in its absolute discretion and are final. No correspondence will be entered into. For entries to be eligible, entrants agree to participate in any publicity arising from entry into the Competition, which may include, but is not limited to, media stories or interviews. Specsavers will liaise with the Winner when co-ordinating any media interview requests. If the Winner does not agree to undertake any publicity activity, Specsavers may remove the Winner and replace the Winner with a substitute winner in the Competition at its absolute discretion. The Winner must redeem the Prize within two months of the announcement of the Winner.
