What is your returns policy?
If you have entered the wrong prescription or received a damaged product and would like to return your order for a refund within three months of the date of collection, don't hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service team via our online contact form or call us on 0800 401 269 .
Can I pause my easypay subscription?
You can push the Next Order date out to allow for your holiday or oversupply of lenses. You can make all these changes from the easypay section of My Account .
What if I don't wear my contacts regularly?
You can set your frequency up to once a year if you like, or instead, once you've made your first order and set up an account, you can express re-order to top up whenever you want.
When do I get my free glasses?
Upon receipt of your first Specsavers easypay re-order (the first automated order, not the first one you signed up with), you will receive a voucher for glasses worth $39, including standard single-vision lenses, redeemable at your nominated Specsavers store. You can put the voucher's value towards the glasses from a higher price range if you prefer.
Can I use another offer or promotion with easypay?
You cannot add promotional codes to an easypay order with a discounted price. You can redeem Promotional discount codes by entering the code against a basket via the non-subscription checkout or express re-order process.
Will I be notified if my contact lens price changes?
Yes, we will let you know if there are any changes to your contact lens order ahead of time.
I don't have a contact lens prescription
If you don't have a contact lens prescription, you can book a contact lens assessment with your local optometrist, who will assess your eyes and let you know which type of contact lens will suit you and your lifestyle best. Can I use my glasses prescription to order contact lenses?
It is often necessary to have two different prescriptions for specs and contact lenses because of the way that they work with the eye. Contact lenses are in contact with the eye, whereas specs are further away, so the prescription your optometrist will give you may differ because of how your eye focuses through the respective lenses.

How long does it take to get used to contact lenses?

How do I subscribe if I don't have an online account?
If you are a new customer to online ordering (or have never created an online account), you can add your contact lenses to the basket and select the subscription frequency that suits you.
How to buy contact lenses online
How do I subscribe if I'm an existing customer?
If you are an existing contact lens customer and have an online account, you can access your easypay account details via the My Account section of the website. You need to nominate a previous order or specific products from your previous orders to be added to easypay and set up the frequency that you wish to have your automated orders created.
Who do you use for shipping?
Australia Post ships our orders. Once your order has been individually checked by our team and dispatched for delivery, we will send you an email, including a tracking link to follow your order on the Australia Post website .
When will I get my orders?
Your first order will be processed right away. You can see the Next Order Date within the easypay section under My Account . You will receive tracking information for your contact lenses when they are ready to go.
How do I know when my next easypay order is coming?
Approximately a week before your scheduled easypay order is due to be generated, you will receive a reminder email so you can update any delivery details or payment details if you need to. You don't need to confirm anything; it is just a reminder to let you know that your order will be processed.
Within the easypay details under My Account , you can see the Next Order Date of your easypay order. The Next Order Date is the day your next easypay order is due to be created, with the regular lead times then applied to the order.
When your easypay order is created, and payment is confirmed, we will email you an Order Confirmation/Tax Invoice with all the details. The email will have the information you need to claim a rebate from your health fund provider if you have one.
When will my direct-debit occur?
Payment will come out on your Next Order Date, which you can find with your easypay details . We will dispatch the orders when the payment is processed successfully.
How do I update my payment details?
You can change your easypay payment method at any time using the My Wallet feature in the website's My Account section. You can add multiple payment methods to your Wallet and nominate one for easypay orders.
What happens if my payment is declined?
You will receive an email notifying you that your easypay order cannot be processed as there is an issue with your payment method; for example, your card may have expired, or you are over your limit. You'll need to update your nominated easypay payment method to another card you may have registered in your online Wallet or create a new one. We will attempt to take payment for three days.
What happens if my credit card expires?
You will receive an email notifying you that the card attached to your easypay order is due to expire.

What if my address changes?
You can update your address details at any time by going to My Account and editing the website's 'My Details' section. You nominate the delivery address you want as your easypay delivery address. Each time an easypay order is generated, it will use the delivery address you have set.
Can I change the quantity of products on my Specsavers easypay order?
Yes, you can change the quantity on your easypay order through the My Account section. You can increase or decrease the quantity of each item, and it will take effect from the next order.
What happens if my prescription expires or changes?
We will keep in touch to ensure your prescription stays valid. You can go to your nominated Specsavers store for an aftercare check-up at no extra charge.
If your prescription changes, you'll need to remove your old contact lenses from your easypay basket, then raise a new easypay order for your newly prescribed contact lenses.
How do I claim my contact lenses with my private health fund?
Most health insurers cover contact lenses as part of their extras packages, so you may be able to claim your contact lenses as part of your extras cover through your health fund provider. Your order confirmation email will contain all of the details you need.
Alternatively, you can claim contact lenses instantly in-store. Online, you can claim immediately with participating health funds in single or express re-orders.
