Step 1. Choose Your Frames
Now it is even easier to choose your frames with virtual try on and recommendations. Simply click the ‘Try on’ button, and follow the 3D tool’s prompts to visualise the selected frame on your face. Select from a range of styles and brands, or use our buyers guide to help you choose a pair of glasses.
Step 2. Enter Your Prescription
You will need a copy of your prescription to buy glasses online. If you don’t know your prescription or if it has expired and you are due an eye health check you can contact your local store to book an appointment, or if you have a valid prescription they can give it to you.
Contact lenses and glasses prescriptions are different. You can find out more about how to read your prescription.
You will also need to enter your pupillary distance (PD). If you don’t already have this you can measure it yourself using this guide.
Step 3. Choose Your Lenses
Next select the lens options and treatments to enhance your glasses. All Specsavers glasses come with standard single vision lenses plus a scratch resistant treatment.

Glasses for your hair colour
You might never have given it much thought, but along with your face shape and skin tone, your hair colour plays quite an important role when choosing glasses.
