What to expect: A hearing assessment takes one hour and costs $49, but you may be eligible for an assessment through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program at no cost to you. During this appointment, a qualified audiology professional will perform a full diagnostic assessment of your hearing and determine if you would benefit from hearing assistance.

What to expect: Every purchase comes with free aftercare for 12 months which includes maintenance and adjustments made whenever you need, free batteries for 12 months, a four-year warranty and a 90-day satisfaction period.

What to expect: Get advice about your hearing over the phone, without needing to venture in store. Discuss concerns you have about your hearing, or the performance of your current hearing aids and determine the next steps, in our free, Telehealth consultation appointment.

What to expect: In this in-store appointment we will investigate and troubleshoot any hearing aid issues you may have. A fee may apply.
